He’s an award-winning lecturer that teaches courses on innovation, risk and leadership.

Considered a “jack-of-all trades,” he has over 8 years experience at 3M, where he was a Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for the design, installation, and process management of over $25MM of new pharmaceutical manufacturing lines. She’s presented her research and teaching ideas at many national academic conferences and is very passionate about helping her students succeed.
